Good afternoon Sir/Madam
I have an order last week on the 27th of February 2024. I have checked out my item and paid what the system said was due.
The item was priced R0.00. I have been receiving emails to say order was received and the patrner coiurier company collected the order but to my surprise I later got an email to say my order got cancelled and I will be refunded saying there was a price error. I have placed the order at the same time with my wife and she got hers but I am given run arounds. Kindly help me resolve the matter so I can get my item please.
Is it possible that the price error only applies to my purchase whereas other people are getting their orders for the same price error.
I have replied to their email and no response and they have been calling me with cellphones and now they are no longer taking my calls nor replying to my emails.
I want update regarding the progress of my order.
I am hoping for a positive response. THank you in advance.

Leroy Merlin South Africa very annoyed and highly frustrated with the shocking lack of service and communication. Ordered online and delivery date was 15/3/2024.
Checked up through the week and on Friday apparently stated goods ready to be collected by courier partner for delivery 15/3/2024. Arrangements were made for installation of products purchased for today the 16/3/2024. By 5:30pm no delivery phoned call centre and agent said all ready to be collected and delivered and would call me back. By 6pm not a word and call centre line closed.
I have mailed with only a generic response and then by 12pm had to call through again. This is completely unacceptable, we purchased buildings materials for home improvement and arrangements have to be made in order to have goods installed.
You would think that the customer service would include contacting clients regarding delivery issues. And sadly I see I'm not the only unsatisfied customer and yet nothing is don't to improve the very evident issue on your side.

This is a continuation of my previous review. After avoiding me for 2 weeks, LM blamed the supplier for not answering their phone.
They then said their courier could only collect from the store at 17:30, and they close at 17:00.
Now they're unable to deliver because LM didn't give the courier my address. It's difficult to imagine the level of ineptitude that this global business has been reduced to.

I like the store and have had many good experiences. Recently, I was very disappointed in the fact that I could not get hold of anyone at head office.
I wish to lay the following complaint, I was looking for the wagon wheel rubber gasket that fits into the control body of the swimming pool selector valve.
I saw it in your pool section being the correct place to find it, and you had it from the 2 following suppliers, B52 at R230 and Sun at R209. This seemed very high, so I phoned my pool shop only to be told that it was R55 I thought this might be a mistake by them so I proceeded to a different pool store, and again they had it at R55. So how is this possible, do you need to rip off the public so badly, or is your supplier ripping you off, or maybe your buyer is completely useless?
This will now make me look at other options before buying at your store, you can be well assured that other people will be thinking like me.
I want to be fair to you and give you till next Monday to rectify this problem.

I would suggest that you create a policeman in your organization who continuously looks into this type of thing. The public thinks that by shopping at the larger store we get the benefit of your buying power and hopefully these prices come down to us the purchaser.
As I said I wish to allow you to rectify this, if not I will feel the need to spread this information on whatever platforms are available.
I like your stores, and I'm somewhat disappointed.
Last but not least how many other items in your store are inflated this way?

Terrible return policy
I recently placed an order for 2 profiles. Firstly, upon receiving my initial order, I discovered that one of the profiles was defective.
I promptly contacted the customer service team and was informed that to receive a replacement, I would need to send back the defective item. While I understand the standard procedure, I am concerned about the environmental impact of returning a defective product. Shipping it back not only adds to carbon emissions but also contributes to unnecessary waste. In addition to that, waiting for a collection from the courier and the delivery without knowing the exact arrival time can be frustrating.
For this reason I decided to just order a new profile, which also arrived defective, rendering them unusable for my intended purpose. This is especially frustrating as it is the second order with problems, and it further adds to my dissatisfaction as a customer.

This is the 2nd bad experience in 2 months and I've now gladly returned tot ANY other store that can sell the same stuff to me. There was only 1 "assistant " in the lighting department who was not interested to help me as she was bust with another customer picking out their entire house's light bulbs.
I was told to just WAIT. I then tried to find a manager who was on the phone and couldn't care to help either but pretended to look for someone. When I told her it's OK I'll go to Builders - I didn't even get any response. So I spent my R2000 at Builders instead.
Your supposed good service when you opened eas just for show. You suck.
